Le rapporteur a apporté quelques ajustements au texte original pour éviter les questions budgétaires et constitutionnelles. Instead of granting direct tax incentives and creating specific lines of credit, the substitute establishes that startups operating in these areas will have priority treatment in accessing public instruments to promote innovation, technical support and programs to encourage entrepreneurship.
L'avis a également supprimé l'exigence d'une période fixe de 90 jours pour la réglementation par le pouvoir exécutif.
Prochaines étapes
